Fine Construction

Imagine a 6,000-square-foot house with a 2,000-square-foot guest house nestled on five acres. Good — you have a great imagination! Fine Construction, Inc., explored possibilities with the owner of this comfortable 1950’s home and opened up the floor plan. Renovations included enlarging the living, dining, and kitchen areas. We installed a new 14’ sliding glass door that opens to the rebuilt deck. This layout is cohesive and in-line with the new 4’ wide pocket door leading to the master suite, then to the secluded garden area through the new French doors.
The new fireplace also houses the television, we have the cable box, and the entertainment equipment is located out-of-site in a remote closet. The master closet offers a motion sensor to activate the lighting when someone enters the room.
In the kitchen, we installed new cabinetry, composite countertops, and a custom tile backsplash to enhance the room’s best features.
This is a must-see renovation! — the clean lines, refined exterior paint work, stainless-steel cable railing system for the exterior decks, and glass railing utilized for the interior stair system—make this project beyond the client’s dreams. Extraordinary added features include the Automated privacy screens on the large slider door and west window, and the awning system for the north deck.
